Our team of experienced and certified teachers are dedicated to creating an environment that promotes exploration, discovery, and learning. We maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and communication with families to ensure that their children's needs and interests are met. Our staff takes pride in creative and strategic planning to implement an effective and developmentally appropriate program.

The administration of Great Minds Academy seeks to hire and retain staff members who not only enjoy children, but who also have experience and education in working with them. New staff members are required to provide information for a criminal background check and a check with the Central Registry of Child Protection Services. Great Minds Academy teachers are encouraged to attain Early Childhood Professional Credentials and the center supports continued training and college credits to meet ever-increasing teacher qualifications.
