How do you balance your personal, professional, and spiritual responsibilities?

I start each day with prayer, Scripture, and church involvement to stay grounded. Set Work Boundaries: I time block my work hours, delegate tasks, and avoid overcommitting. Leverage My Creativity: I incorporate my passions (music, fitness) into my work to stay fulfilled and energized. Maintain Physical Health: I stay consistent with my workouts, making sure to rest and recover. Nurture Relationships: I make time for friends, family, and personal hobbies to recharge. Embrace Growth: I focus on personal and professional development, balancing fun with discipline. Integrate Faith: I align my work and musical ministry with Christian values, using them to serve others.

Testimony

Justin Henderson, a Lynchburg, VA native and Liberty University graduate with a degree in Information Systems, accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior at age 4 and was baptized at 7. After college, he ventured beyond Virginia’s “bubble,” embarking on a transformative journey that spanned Florida, Guam, and back. Through a whirlwind of career changes, relocations, and personal trials, Justin experienced God’s grounding presence, especially during the character-defining years of 2021-2024.

Now the digital marketing director of a tax firm, Justin is fueled by faith and purpose. His passion for music shines as he plays bass guitar for his church, a community choir, a community orchestra, and a local theater group. A devoted fitness enthusiast, Justin’s life reflects a heart for growth—spiritually, relationally, and physically. Through every season, he remains deeply grateful for God’s grace, which continues to shape and uplift his path.
